Tilda Swinton at MoMA
Tilda Swinton is currently sleeping in a box in MoMA. We think this is a well-deserved break after all the climbing through windows, running in woods and wading in to the Scottish sea for the beautiful Pringle of Scotland S/S 2010 campaign she accomplished. We'd need a snooze too...

Dior at Harrods
If you’re in the Knightsbridge neck of the woods in London and passing Harrods, you may notice there’s a bit of a Dior thing going on in there at the moment. Among the many Dior discoveries to be made in Harrods – the cupcakes, the dresses worn by starlets such as Elizabeth Taylor to Marion Cotillard and Jennifer Lawrence, the lobster sandwiches – are these beauties: embroidered tartan Lady Dior creations, “combining French savoir-faire with British charm”... We’d like one of each please.

Anna Freemantle models for Chanel
Dutch born, but Edinburgh residing model, Anna Freemantle has graced the pages of this months, Vogue Magazine.
The fashion editorial titled ‘Great Scots’ showcases Chanel’s Autumn/Winter pre-collection, all modeled by Scottish lassies.
We are loving the colourful and textured collection, and quite fancy getting our hands on the Chanel chain and leather handbag which has been deigned to look like a sporran!

Peploe’s Scotland
So it’s Thursday and we’re all busy bees in the LocSco office. Shoots are underway, the snow is clearing and we’re beginning to get that weekend feeling… Cue Peploe’s show at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, full of beautiful Scottish and French landscapes and interiors. A wander through the exhibition and a spot of lunch in the café… that might be our Saturday sorted! What're you doing this weekend?

CR Fashion Book: Issue 2, Dance
We have just received the online version of Carine Roitfeld’s beautiful CR Fashion Book Issue 2.
Here is another powerful photograph, shot by Karl Lagerfeld during the Scottish themed ‘Rebelles’ shoot at Gosford House. As some of you may know, the shoot took place last December, after the Chanel Metier d’Art catwalk show at Linlithgow Palace.
Renowned choreographer Les Childs was the mastermind behind the Scottish inspired dance moves in this shoot. It was an incredible experience for the Location Scotland production team to work with such a professional and international team.

Hot off the Press!
Whilst reading the Scotland on Sunday last weekend, drinking an early morning coffee and munching on some jam n toast, the Location Scotland team felt a lovely sense of pride. The reason being, that Business Editor, Terry Murdon wrote a fantastic article about the company on page 19 of the established Scottish newspaper.
The article discusses our promising future for 2013, a day’s life as a producer and interestingly “finding a white tiger and deer and then putting them together in the same room.”

Quote of the Week: The Sartorialist on Fantastic Man
Scott Schumann recently profiled independent magazines on his street style blog The Sartorialist. The last of these profiles was Fantastic Man, according to SS "the last word in independent men’s magazines", and we found a nice little reference to our work in it!
